New Site Design Live

Wow, what an update. That’s right, you can probably see for yourselves that the site has had a facelift. These updates have been down to the news of an upcoming Akira Live Action Film which has inspired me to get this site up to shape again.

I won’t blab on about all the new features, I will let you discover them on your own, but lots has changed. A few new pages have been added and many cleaned up.

In the days after this update there will be a few smaller updates as I get everything finished and weed out any mistakes.

New Contact Form

Yes, it’s an update. It’s only been two years but I’ve now added a new contact page to the site, this time with a form. Hopefully this should stop all the spam I receive.

I think soon I will give this site a makeover like I’ve been wanting to do for a while now, some of it just seems a little crappy to me now. Maybe soon.

Happy Birthday Akira2019

Akira2019.com is now one year old, it almost happened without me noticing. Man what a crappy year I’ve had, let’s hope the next one is better.

What can we expect with this new year? well most of what I’ve been meaning to do, content, content and more content. Plus many new and improved optimisations to get this site kicking some ass. Well until then, bye xx

Happy New Year

Happy new year from Akira2019.com

What do I have planned for this year then, well I would like to get this site pretty much complete. Still loads to do such as the image pages and characters page which are next on the agenda as well as more tidying and optimisation.

You might have noticed that I have removed the main reviews and articles pages, I figured I wouldn’t give these things a section but instead keep them linked from pages deep within the site. They will still be listed on the side menu of the home page though.

I have also figured how to get this site a good G00000GLE rank because basically I don’t have one yet. I put the plan into effect today so hopefully we will start to see my ranking go up and traffic to the site improve considerably.

Manga Page Up

I have added a page in the info section on the Akira Manga, not much really but at least it’s something. This site still has lots of work to be done which I am getting around to very slowly.

I understood what you meant Laura about this front page having no purpose and useless info, so I have put a brief synopsis here instead of the stuff I had before, hope you like it better now. I still miss you so much because you are my life. xxx
