Manga Page Up
I have added a page in the info section on the Akira Manga, not much really but at least it’s something. This site still has lots of work to be done which I am getting around to very slowly.
I understood what you meant Laura about this front page having no purpose and useless info, so I have put a brief synopsis here instead of the stuff I had before, hope you like it better now. I still miss you so much because you are my life. xxx
Hot Linking Scum Balls
I have so far caught two sites hot-linking images from AKIRA2019.com. Those lucky sites all had a nasty surprise awaiting their next visitors. I must warn you that I do not take kindly to bandwidth theft and will do everything in my power to see that you leeches don’t do it again. If you want an image please save it to your own site. Thank you… The WEB-GOD.

Good News For Me
10/07/2005
I have been accepted to be the editor of the Akira section at DMOZ - the open directory project. All it involves is accepting and editing submissions to the directory. I rule!
No big changes to this site yet just a new article on the Medicom 12” Limited Akira Action Figures those toys kick ass.
I have also optimised the title of each page so G00000GLE will cache my site better and maybe increase my ranking which I am really getting killed at. The site is still not in the top 100 results for the word Akira, but hopefully as my content builds up so will my G00000GLE rank.

Two & Half Months Old
This site is roughly two and a half months old and continuing to fill up at a steady rate.
New pages include a Katsuhiro Otomo page, Domu page, temporary akira synopsis of the film and just added is a great article about Steve Oliff and Olyoptics who revolutionised how comic books are coloured, and it only happened to be Akira that they did this on.
I have also added a new download, the Akira FAQ by Taro Rehl. You must read this as it is very clever.
What can you expect? well I am working on my characters page which will give a detailed explanation of each characters involvement in the plot. I will also add some wallpapers ready for downloading including an original AKIRA 2019 wallpaper. Some general image optimisations and tidying up.
This is a big site so please be patient in regards to content, best place to see the progress of content is the MAP, grey means content and white means no content, simple.
…oh yeah, I almost forgot about my lovely style switcher. Now you can customise the site to your preferred taste, the Comic or Film? it’s your choice.
